Install instructions

1

Download the installer

Click the download button and save the CopyCharm installer to your Windows PC.

2

Run the setup file

Open the installer. If Windows shows a security warning during beta testing, choose More info, then Run anyway only if you trust the build.

3

Start copying useful text

Use CopyCharm while you work. Copy useful snippets, search them later, select the best ones, and export an AI-ready context pack.

How to use CopyCharm

From Ctrl+C to clean AI context.

CopyCharm is designed for the messy step before asking AI for help: collecting the exact work context you want to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.

Copy useful snippets

Copy text from documents, slides, emails, research pages, notes, or internal materials.

Search and select context

Find relevant snippets by keyword or source, then select only the context you want to give to AI.

Export a context pack

Copy a source-labeled Markdown context pack and paste it into your AI tool.

Local-first notes

Your snippets stay local.

CopyCharm is designed around local storage and explicit user selection, not automatic cloud knowledge scraping.

You choose what AI sees.

CopyCharm does not ask AI to read everything. You select the snippets that should be included in the context pack.

Built for serious work.

Useful for consulting proposals, research memos, market analysis, founder strategy work, and AI prompt preparation.

Troubleshooting

The download does not start.

The installer may not have been uploaded yet. Check again after the beta build is ready.

Windows shows a warning.

Early beta builds may not yet be code-signed. Only run the installer if you trust the build source.

The app does not capture copied text.

Confirm CopyCharm is running, then try copying plain text again. Some protected apps may limit clipboard access.
